Design Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced design leader to drive innovation in the aerospace industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance to ensure that all designs meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project specifications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of designers and engineers, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure their professional development.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering.
  • Experience: 20+ years of experience in the aerospace industry, with a strong background in metallic and composite design.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Fuselage, Wing, Empennage, Control Surfaces, and structures; proficiency in various ATA chapters.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
