As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in establishing a robust Mobile Device Management system.

MDM System Setup

  • Establish a reliable and scalable MDM platform for Android devices, streamlining processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Create an Android Enterprise Account to manage users and applications with precision and security.

Device Enrollment and Security

  • Develop and implement streamlined device enrollment processes, including bulk and self-service options that cater to diverse user needs.
  • Build and implement comprehensive security policies covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity.

Integration and Support

  • Configure integration with internal applications and tools for secure authentication and authorization, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Provide expert support and training resources for end users and IT staff, including onboarding assistance and troubleshooting guides.

MDM Environment Oversight

  • Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats in real-time.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Architect and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution for secure access to cloud applications, enhancing productivity and collaboration.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 level support for escalated MDM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Support the transition of ownership and management of Intune Endpoint platform to new providers or staff, facilitating a smooth handover.
