Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality digital products, including mobile apps and software, that exceed customer expectations and drive business success.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create new solutions and improve existing products based on research findings and customer feedback.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions, ensuring our products meet industry standards for usability, durability, and appearance.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to solve complex design problems and communicate design intent effectively to engineers and stakeholders.
  • Promote design consistency and quality across our products, acting as a representative for Design within cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Expertise in multiple areas of product design, including research, IA, visuals, prototyping, and design validation.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient experience with Figma (design tool) and design systems, with a solid understanding of design best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to build and prioritize highly detailed and precise design artifacts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on UX/product design experience, with a minimum of 2+ years full-time experience at the Senior level.
  • A portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects that demonstrate your expertise and creativity.
  • Experience working with SaaS products and Agile/Scrum development processes.
