Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. As a Network Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in the deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to provide direct remote support to consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support to consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Configure routers from unboxing to deployment, ensuring seamless network connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and other enterprise Wi-Fi equipment, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Offer step-by-step guidance to end-users during live troubleshooting calls, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams as needed, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Network Support or IT Infrastructure roles.
  • Proven expertise in configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Ability to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency, with ability to guide consultants and IT staff effectively.

  • Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
