About the Role
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes. This will help us develop strategies that are grounded in actionable insights.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs). This will help us differentiate ourselves from the competition and stand out in a crowded market.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and own a robust GTM roadmap, detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, budgets, and KPIs. This will ensure that we're working towards common goals and measuring success effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution. This will help us achieve our goals more efficiently and effectively.
  • Launch & Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns (digital, advertising, events), drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand. This will help us reach new customers and grow our business.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs, monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize GTM effectiveness. This will help us continuously improve our processes and achieve better outcomes.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or related strategic roles, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision making skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
  • Deep understanding of GTM frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
