Lead Product Designer - User Experience

Key members of our product design team are responsible for creating innovative user experiences. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business goals and developing effective solutions that meet client expectations.

About the Role:
  • Conduct research to understand business objectives and develop user-centric designs.
  • Create comprehensive personas, user journeys, and information architecture to inform design decisions.
  • Present findings to clients to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Design and implement low and high-fidelity wireframes to communicate user experiences during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Collaborate with development teams on user journey and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Develop high-quality user interfaces that meet client expectations.
  • Review builds for adherence to UX/UI recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to come up with new concepts.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Knowledge of human interface guidelines and app development process.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma and design thinking.
  • Knowledge of scrum methodology is beneficial.
