Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

This role involves overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across various operations and laboratories.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and monitor QMS to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Monitor and appraise management system effectiveness in various departments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Lead quality audits, manage corrective/preventive actions, and conduct root cause investigations.
- Register customer complaints, investigate causes, and provide resolution.
- Train staff on QMS requirements, quality procedures, and testing standards.
- Conduct periodic quality checks using appropriate tools like retests, inter-laboratory, intra-laboratory, and proficiency tests.
Liaise with regulatory bodies regarding compliance and approval.
Review, approve, and issue quality management system documents.
Improve the management system, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions.
Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or laboratory management.
- Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and laboratory accreditation processes.
- Experience with auditing and regulatory compliance.
