Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Veeva Vault applications and the ability to configure and optimize them. They should be able to ensure that QualityDocs, QMS, RIM, PromoMats, MedComms are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Optimize Veeva Vault Applications: Ensure accuracy and compliance during configuration and optimization of Veeva Vault applications.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Translate functional requirements into technical solutions for business stakeholders.
  • Design and Oversee Data/Document Migration Strategies: Develop and implement data/document migration strategies to ensure accuracy and compliance during migration to Veeva.
  • Implement and Support System Integrations: Integrate Veeva with enterprise systems (ERP - SAP, Oracle ERP, Medidata, TrackWise, MasterControl, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Provide Ongoing Support and Troubleshooting: Resolve issues and provide support for Veeva applications.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Veeva Releases and Best Practices: Recommend enhancements and stay current with Veeva roadmap.
  • Manager Leadership Roles:
  • Drive Solution Architecture: Lead client engagement and project delivery oversight.
  • Mentor Junior Consultants: Manage cross-functional project teams and contribute to their growth.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of Veeva Vault applications, system integration, and data/document migration strategies.
  • Experience: Proven experience in configuring and optimizing Veeva Vault applications, collaborating with business stakeholders, and leading cross-functional project teams.
