Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in providing exceptional user management services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing user access, troubleshooting login issues, and ensuring smooth execution of scheduled jobs. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating, updating, and deleting bulk data, as well as resolving integration data discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

- User Management Provision
- User access requests and updates including inactivation and profile updates
- Login/SSO issues and troubleshooting
- Missing notifications and resolution
- Periodic User Dormancy and maintenance
- Bulk data creation, update, and deletion
- User Education Related Queries and support
- Integration Data discrepancy and synchronization issues
- Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure smooth execution
- Object records state change request and implementation
- Constraints/Control Vocabulary updates and configuration
- Content Plan template Creation, Updates, and Deletion
- Submission Import activities and document upload
- Content plan generation issues and troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting Permission issues related to documents and object records

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of user management principles and practices
- Experience with Veeva systems and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Other Requirements

- Support R1, R2, R3 releases (testing and documentation)
- Collaborative Authoring issues and periodic SharePoint storage checks
- E-signature issues and resolution
- Provide troubleshoot instructions to end users on daily activities
- Periodic SSL certificate renewals and maintenance
- EMA gateway issues and troubleshooting
- Email notifications issues and resolution
- MedDRA updates and CV updates

Migration Support

- Troubleshoot user unable to find document/Missing Document and resolution
- Incorrect field values found on the document and correction
- Document not rendering and troubleshooting
- Preparing and validating loader sheets and migration planning
