Program Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient process execution
  • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency and reduce errors
  • Lead projects focused on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations
  • Support the execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into operational health
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions
  • Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with strong academic credentials
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration
