Co-Founder & CTO Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled technical co-founder to collaborate on building a scalable multi-agent platform using AI-driven SaaS technology in the supply chain domain.

About the Role

This is an equity-based partnership role where you will play a hands-on builder (coding, architecture, integrations) for the first 12 months before scaling a team. As a co-builder, you will have founding-level influence and the opportunity to scale into the CTO role with ownership of the technology vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own architecture, platform design, and scalability from MVP to product launch.
  • Build and lead the engineering team as we grow.
  • Work closely with the founder to translate real-world business problems into agentic AI solutions.
  • Deliver an MVP in 2–3 months with lean resources.
Required Technical Expertise
  • Strong full-stack development experience (backend + frontend).
  • Proven experience building SaaS products from scratch.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, Node.js, or similar backend frameworks.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or equivalent).
  • Cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, containers).
  • Data engineering (ETL pipelines, APIs, databases).
  • Familiarity with multi-agent or LLM-based systems.
  • Strong understanding of security, scalability, and API-first architecture.
