Chief AI Architect

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the development of our AI Agent Engine and backend APIs. This is a founding-level role that requires a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, AI/ML system integration, and agent-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement scalable AI-driven platforms across public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, subject matter experts, and strategic advisors to convert their knowledge into actionable workflows.

As an expert in MLOps and LLMOps tools, you will design model deployment, monitoring, and retraining pipelines to ensure seamless integration with our data pipelines.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years in backend software engineering with 5+ years in Python development.
  • Strong experience in AI/ML system integration, preferably with LLMs, embeddings, and agent-based architectures.
  • Proven track record in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with deep understanding of cost optimization and performance tuning.
Technical Skills:
  • Databases: Neo4j, Pinecone, PostgreSQL (Aurora).
  • Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Django, LangChain, Haystack.
  • MLOps/LLMOps tools: model deployment, monitoring, retraining pipelines.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
