Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Scrum Master/Consultant Specialist.

This role will involve working closely with Value Stream/Sub-Value Stream Leads to design processes, structure, cycle, and implementation strategy required to run Lean continuous delivery teams. You will also drive the development and delivery of product roadmaps in conjunction with Digital Product Teams, identifying and building team structures to enable delivery aligned to agreed roadmaps.

Key responsibilities include managing large or complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of outputs, creating and tracking timelines, budgets, backlog, velocity, and quality during the entire life of the project, and managing issues and risks as they occur. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to governance procedures, contribute to process improvement, facilitate regular project meetings, and report status to key stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Min 7yrs of experience
  • Proven skills for Agile delivery approach
  • Should have worked as a Scrum Master
  • Proficiency in JIRA
  • Self-starter attitude with a can-do mindset, excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in working with global teams across different geographies, cultures, and time zones
  • Track record of leading and delivering complex projects while managing teams directly and indirectly across local and remote environments
  • Evidence of managing multiple stakeholders and adapting to changing perspectives
