Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext developer to lead the development and maintenance of the ERPNext system for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement ERPNext modules, customizations, and integrations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and developing ERPNext modules, customizations, and integrations based on business needs.
  2. Customizing and configuring existing ERPNext functionalities to align with organizational processes.
  3. Performing ERP Next system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and reliability.
  4. Identifying and troubleshooting any technical issues or bugs in the ERPNext system, providing timely resolutions.
  5. Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including system design, configuration, and development specifications.
  6. Providing technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues related to the ERPNext system.
  7. Collaborating with the development team to enhance and optimize ERPNext performance and functionality.
  8. Staying updated with the latest ERPNext features, modules, and technologies to recommend system improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an ERPNext Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and concepts.

Proficiency in ERPNext development, including customization, configuration, and integration.

Experience with database management systems, preferably Frappe-based Web and Mobile App development.

OOP concepts and Full-stack Development.

Hands-on experience with hosting web applications on Apache or NGINX.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.
