NuAge Health is a leading USA-based multinational corporation in the wound care market.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Support Analyst to provide technical support and ensure seamless operation of Enterprise Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for Enterprise Applications, particularly Sage 300.
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to system integration, data exchange, and functionality across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical challenges.
  • Assist clients in system setup, configuration, and customization to meet specific operational requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including procedures and user guides, to support clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal staff on ERP/Sage 300 and Sage X3 system functionalities, report generation, and best practices.
  • Stay informed about updates, features, and enhancements in ERP systems to provide proactive support and recommendations.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in technical support or system administration roles, with a strong proficiency in ERP systems such as Sage 300 / Sage X3 and related applications (MIsys, QuickPak, Merchant Cloud).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Certification or formal training in ERP systems, particularly Sage 300 / Sage X3 core modules.
  • Knowledge of ERP system integrations with third-party applications and platforms.
