Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to drive customer engagement.
    • Lead initiatives to optimize search functionality and improve discoverability.
  • Customer Experience Optimization
    • Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points.
    • Develop strategies to elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction.
  • Content Management & Web Analytics
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.
    • Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Delivery
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.
    • Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution.
  • Taxonomy & Navigation Enhancement
    • Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes.
    • Support attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
