Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP TM Consultant to join our organization. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for guiding businesses in the effective use of SAP systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient process implementation.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with extensive knowledge of SAP TM module functionality and business processes.
  • Provide guidance to businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient process implementation.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes within the SAP TM functionality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Configure and maintain relevant SAP TM components, including documentation and training materials, to support end-users in delivering high-quality results.
  • Support business users in delivery of end-user training, equipping them with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the SAP system.
  • Support Extract, Transform, and Cleanse of SAP TM data objects, ensuring accurate and reliable data processing.
  • Create and manage SAP TM project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required, encompassing blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
  • Develop functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
  • Experience with S/4HANA is mandatory, requiring a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and possess strong independent problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with senior leadership, driving strategic decisions and fostering collaborative relationships.
