Senior SAP FICO Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Team Lead to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the SAP FICO team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide SAP FICO solutions to improve business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in finance with CA/ICWA or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles, as well as project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Expertise in asset accounting and TDS accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cost controlling.
- A solid understanding of taxation principles and accounting standards.
- Experience with SAP integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS.
