Our organization is seeking a seasoned SAP ABAP expert to fill a key position. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP development and have experience working across multiple SAP modules, custom developments, enhancements, and performance optimization.
Main Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized SAP applications using ABAP (Reports, Interfaces, Extensions, Forms, Workflows – RICEF).
- Collaborate with functional teams to comprehend business requirements and create technical solutions.
- Create OData services, CDS Views, and ABAP-based APIs for Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Enhance existing programs for efficiency and maintainability.
- Work on debugging, troubleshooting, and improving SAP standard objects.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in ABAP development.
- Support migration and upgrade projects including S/4HANA transitions.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Strong understanding of RICEF components, module pool programming, and enhancements.
- Experience with S/4HANA (at least 1 project preferred).
- Proficiency in OData, CDS Views, and RESTful ABAP programming model.
- Good comprehension of integration with functional modules like FICO, MM, SD, etc.
- Experience working in Agile environments is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
