Job Title: Medical Device Opportunity Creator

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in medical device product development and management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating business opportunities and driving growth.

The role involves interacting with sales teams to create and convert new business opportunities, conducting research on customers' financials, stakeholders, and products, and preparing context-specific content for meetings. Additionally, the candidate will work with pre-sales teams to build interactive pitch decks and present the organization's engineering capabilities and experience to potential customers.

The successful candidate will be able to identify business opportunities and create traction during customer conversations, as well as travel to customer locations to provide solutions and create new business opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • In-person presentation and storytelling techniques
  • Customer conversation skills, including proposal writing, technical solution creation, and business planning
  • Project and team management skills, including stakeholder communication
  • Knowledge of medical device architecture and solution creation
  • Experience with medical device NPD and sustenance processes

Desirable Skills:

  • On-site customer site working experience
  • PMP certification
  • Industrial design and concept generation skills
  • Understanding of test automation for system-level testing
  • Knowledge of sterilization processes and material selection
  • Understanding of packaging engineering design and verification
  • Knowledge of sterile packaging engineering design and verification
