Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Fundraising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.

  • Campaign Development:
  • Develop and execute data-driven Google Ads strategies to drive campaign performance and growth.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign results.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in Indian market.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
