Job Title: Data Analyst - Business Insights Specialist

The Data Analyst at Muthoot Fincorp Limited will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across various organizational functions. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, a focus on detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop frameworks for efficient data management across the organization.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage data from both internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to aid in project management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data models, forecasting tools, and statistical analyses to support predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Apply advanced data analytics techniques (e.g., regression analysis, machine learning) to uncover hidden patterns and forecast future trends.
  • Utilize data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI for effective data manipulation and analysis.
  • Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data and recommending optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Operations) to gather data requirements and align insights with organizational goals.
  • Effectively communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT and data teams to enhance data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and tool integration.

Education & Experience:
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science or any related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the financial services domain.
