SAP AI Architect Job Description

At the forefront of innovation, we seek an exceptional SAP AI Architect to spearhead the development and integration of cutting-edge AI solutions with SAP platforms. This esteemed role demands a visionary leader who can harness the power of artificial intelligence to drive business growth and transformation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering AI/ML-enhanced solutions that seamlessly integrate with SAP platforms such as SAP AI Core (GenAI Hub), S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Data Intelligence, and SAP Analytics Cloud. This requires expertise in architecting and implementing data pipelines, ensuring secure and governed access to data across SAP and external systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution requirements, working closely with data scientists, SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of AI use cases, including agentic AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and smart workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in SAP Development, architecture, and implementation.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and integrating AI/ML models into SAP environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, On-Prem, Public/Private Cloud, SAP BTP.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Py-Torch, Scikit-learn) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP BTP or SAP S/4HANA).
  • Experience with Narrow and Gen AI, Unsupervised ML, or predictive maintenance solutions.
  • MLOP expertise.
