Job Title: Proposal/RFE Writer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compose and finalize Request for Evidence (RFE) responses in clear, professional language.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, human resources, compliance, and legal teams to gather necessary documents and supporting evidence.
  • Maintain accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements in all submissions.
  • Stay up-to-date on US staffing, immigration, and background verification regulations.
  • Manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery of RFE responses.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive information.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in English, Communications, Business, or a related field).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in RFE writing, staffing documentation, or compliance writing is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration tools.

Work Environment:

  • Shift Timing: Night shift, aligned with US business hours.
  • Mode: 100% Remote (requires reliable internet, laptop, and a quiet workspace).
