Key Content Role

We are looking for a skilled content strategist to work closely with our onsite team and clients. The role involves developing effective content strategies, collaborating with internal teams and partners, and driving best practices in content creation.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of stunning and effective content campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in strategy roles, with a strong understanding of content marketing, formats, performance, testing, and optimization. They should be able to present and justify their work based on robust insights and have a keen interest in keeping up-to-date with trends and technological advances.

Job Description:

Developing Effective Content Strategies

As a content strategist, you will be responsible for developing effective content strategies that meet client briefs across all necessary touchpoints. This includes assessing, developing, and implementing content strategies that inform content briefs and requirements.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and specialist partners to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. This includes managing and facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops, and being a facilitator for 'right first time content.'

Content Expertise and Quality Assurance

You will drive a 'best practice' approach to content and overall strategic quality assurance of content created within the team. This includes working with Unilever's internal insight functions (CMI - PDC) to develop relevant measurement approaches and frameworks to ensure effectiveness is appropriately defined and tracked.

Tools and Reports

You will use a combination of Unilever Insight tools and reports under the guidance of Unilever Insight teams to gain an initial understanding of consumer, category, or channel learning to inform early thinking.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of content marketing, formats, performance, testing, and optimization.
  • Ability to present and justify work based on robust insights.
  • Keen interest in keeping up-to-date with trends and technological advances.
  • Proven experience in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • A self-starter, able to work in fast-paced environments.
