As a key member of our quality assurance team, we are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to play a vital role in developing and implementing quality processes that ensure products meet specifications for quality, function, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop exceptional customer experiences through innovative tool design and testing.
- Maintain functional test cases, system and integration test cases, and automated scripts used in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionalities and report results following formal test architectures and project processes.
- Monitor and report metrics such as velocity, code quality, and defect density across all phases to management.
- Document testing results, including expected behavior, actual behavior, and detailed steps to reproduce defects.
- Provide quality sign-off to project teams and execute testing duties assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or a related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application testing.
- Expertise in use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management.
- Understanding of relational database models and experience with GUI tools to interact with them.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and using bug tracking and test case management tools.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and communication skills.
