Responsibilities:

Creative Visionary:

  • Develop innovative marketing materials, including digital ads, landing pages, social media creatives, video graphics, brochures, and other communication assets to engage target audiences.

Tactical Operations:

  • Collaborate with business, creative, performance, and technical teams to create strategic design solutions that drive program growth.

Brand Ambassador:

  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all design and communication materials and touchpoints, promoting consistency and excellence.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Pioneer new design initiatives, such as creative testing, video graphics, template optimization, to enhance engagement and conversions.

Team Leadership:

  • Leverage creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate team output and design quality, managing a team of designers.

Design Efficiency:

  • Optimize collateral production and content updates, ensuring timely delivery and quality output, with a focus on process improvement.

Partnerships:

  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders to streamline design operations and uphold creative excellence across distributed teams.

Innovation:

  • Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and scale in design development, exploring emerging tools and design trends.
Requirements:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or fine art
  • 6-9 years of creative experience within an agency or startup environment
  • Proven track record of leading creative projects and managing high-performing design teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to enhance creative workflows is essential
  • Expertise in online design and video tools like Canva or Figma and Invideo
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing performance-driven marketing creatives with attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic cross-functional environment, driving feedback from analytical and creative partners
  • Fluency in English
