Job Opportunity: Field Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the micro-market, including knowledge of employment exchanges, third-party employers, non-organized sectors, tier-3 colleges, and alumni base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on local job market trends and challenges.
  • Identify potential locations for recruitment drives and ensure system updating and daily reporting.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to generate enquiries from various sources, including employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, and unorganized sector workforce.
  • Engage effectively with graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation and relationship building with stakeholders.

Admission Process Management:

  • Ensure correct and full course information is shared with students during the admission process.
  • Follow student admission process as per company guidelines.

System Updation & Daily Reporting:

  • Update system regularly with accurate and timely data.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports to contribute to batch occupancy and launch.

This role requires extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generations, creation, and expansion of the base of locations by adding more locations every month.
