Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform invoice verification and PO creation.
  • Validate invoices and create POs based on estimates or templates.
  • Support the team lead on reporting and analysis.
  • Perform vendor reconciliation and work on the outcome of reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with locations and Centre Functions for reporting and accounting activities.
  • Ensure accurate cost centre and profit centre accounting.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
