As a technical lead, you will oversee and direct the daily activities of our IT department. Your role will ensure that our systems, services, and infrastructure function reliably and securely.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the IT team. They should possess extensive knowledge of various IT domains, including DC and WAN networks, servers, hardware, and DevOps, Kubernetes, and OpenStack.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing IT staff: hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating personnel
  • Ensuring system uptime and performance: monitoring stability and making recommendations for improvement
  • Network security: implementing and maintaining measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and user authorization
  • Hardware and software management: overseeing installation, configuration, and upgrades
  • Data backup and recovery: managing operations and ensuring data recovery processes are in place
  • Help desk support: providing guidance and support to users
  • Policy development: creating and implementing IT policies and procedures
  • Strategic planning: contributing to IT infrastructure and operations planning
