Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of BSW Expert. This is a challenging position that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer specifications, implementing and configuring Basic Software, and integrating AUTOSAR components. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and troubleshoot complex issues.

As a BSW Expert, you will play a critical role in driving our software development projects forward. Your ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions will be invaluable to our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Strong proficiency in configuring, integrating, and testing AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) modules along with RTE across automotive ECUs.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Complex Device Drivers (CDD) and performing MCAL configuration for various microcontrollers (Infineon, Renesas, or NXP microcontrollers).
  • Hands-on experience in integration and testing of AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) with application layer components.
  • Domain knowledge in e-mobility systems such as Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Inverters is an added advantage.
  • Experience in safety-critical software development aligned with ISO 26262 functional safety standards is an added advantage.
