Customer Support Role

About the opportunity

Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and ensuring clear, empathetic communication in Hindi and English.

Selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide accurate information regarding products and services, and record customer interactions in the CRM system.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, good listening skills, patience, and a positive approach to handling queries.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  2. Providing accurate product and service information.
  3. Recording and updating customer interactions.
  4. Assisting in resolving basic queries and escalating issues.
  5. Ensuring clear communication in both languages at all times.

Requirements:

  • 0–6 months of experience in customer support (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Knowledge of a third language an advantage.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and week offs.
