Job Title: Customer Experience Ambassador

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule drug and clinical test registrations for candidates as per client preference instructions
  • Respond to questions about service status, results, and provide additional specialized services upon request to internal client-facing teams
  • Communicate and interact with fulfillment departments, vendors, clinics regarding issues related to OHS open orders to get results from clinics
  • Provide overall assistance in an effort to enhance and improve the rapid resolution of client issues and requests

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analyze situations quickly and respond in a courteous and professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand all aspects of the fulfillment process and effectively explain them to requestors
  • Capable of handling a large number of calls and emails
  • Self-starter with ability to see processes through from start to finish
  • Ability to handle escalated issues in a timely and professional manner and remain calm
