**Job Opportunity for STA Lead**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior STA Lead to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of Static Timing Analysis (STA) tools and methodologies. You will work closely with designers to ensure that designs meet timing constraints and perform thorough analysis of critical path timing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement STA algorithms and techniques to improve timing closure and reduce design iterations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate STA tools into the design flow.
  • Work with designers to ensure that designs meet timing constraints and perform thorough analysis of critical path timing.
  • Identify and develop solutions to complex timing-related issues, using scripting languages like Perl/TCL.
  • Provide training and support to junior engineers on STA concepts and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in STA technology.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in STA and synthesis tools.
  • Expertise in PrimeTime or Tempus.
  • Familiarity with technologies from 28nm and below.
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to come up with creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with RTL and netlist-level changes.
  • Knowledge of multimode multi-corner timing analysis and Xtalk/OCV analysis.
