We are seeking a Cloud Security Expert to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure and security team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based platforms.

  • Perform security assessments and audits of our cloud infrastructure, identifying and mitigating security gaps and weaknesses.
  • Utilize Terraform and other infrastructure as code tools to manage vulnerabilities, policies, and implement best practices.
  • Partner with engineering teams to understand and resolve security incidents that arise on their services.
Cloud Security Responsibilities

You will be responsible for performing regular security assessments and audits of our cloud infrastructure to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities. This will involve conducting thorough reviews of our systems, networks, and applications to ensure they meet our security standards.

Cloud Architecture and Security

You will design, implement, and maintain secure cloud architectures for our applications and data. This will involve working closely with our engineering teams to develop and deploy secure cloud infrastructure, including VPCs, security groups, IAM roles, and access controls.

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud security, preferably in AWS Cloud, and at least 2 of the following areas: cloud security, web application security, incident response, threat hunting, and cyber security operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of security principles, best practices, and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
Priorities for Success
  • Automation experience with AWS. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty, CISSP, CEH are highly desirable.
  • Experience in a global fast moving environment covering multiple time zones.
