Senior Technology Solutions Specialist

This is a key leadership position that requires expertise in the ARAS PLM platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with configuration and customization, integrations at the enterprise level.
The role involves facilitating workshops, developing solutions to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology aligned to business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and capture requirements, devising effective technical solutions.
- Develop conceptual solution architecture using standard and custom applications to produce end-to-end customer solutions.
- Lead the development of requirements specifications, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Perform solution analysis and develop customer-facing proposals.
- Proven expertise in Aras PLM Innovator, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Aras Platform architecture and its various modules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and understandable requirements documents.
- Experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Ability to work in teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliverables concurrently.
Requirements:
- Aras PLM Innovator certification or related training.
- Experience with Agile methodologies for software development.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.
