Global Artwork Business Solutions Expert

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Global Artwork Business Solutions Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of artwork creation and final printing processes, with the aim to reduce artwork recalls & artwork lead times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and own systems issues for OneArt, TVT and other artwork applicable tools with minimal supervision.
  • Own the APS (Access Provisioning System) process for Artwork Teams, ensuring efficient processing of certification, deletion, recertification and all other activities of APS and user accesses.
  • Lead and implement IT projects and improvement projects of Artworks Teams, assisting operations teams in every issue pertaining to the Artworks IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in Design, development and implementation of information systems strategy, business solutions for Artworks.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices of all Artworks software products and information systems throughout the Artwork environment.
  • Ensure tools are fit for purpose, through application improvements & bug fixes.
  • Responsible for the compliant & efficient usage of all software in the Artwork and Printed Packaging Material quality checks.
  • Design, develop, implement data & analytics models and business solutions for tools & standards to create accurate Business Performance KPIs.
  • Provide tools & standards to ensure forecasting accuracy.
  • Support the Business Process Owners (BPO) in establishing information systems strategy, policy management and service delivery for Digital Checking procedures & systems that integrate seamlessly with the overall artwork process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Applied Sciences or Engineering.
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years of overall pharmaceutical or related experience is preferred.
  • Experiences in Artwork management are preferred.
