Job Overview

Seeking an experienced sales professional to lead enterprise and B2B sales initiatives in cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in solution consulting, client relationship management, and a strong network across industries.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in cybersecurity solutions & services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level contacts in various sectors.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle – prospecting, lead generation, consultative selling, solution mapping, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customised security solutions to clients.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, market trends, and compliance requirements to position offerings effectively.
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client workshops.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of B2B/Enterprise Sales experience with at least 5 years in Cyber Security or IT Security domain.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity services and solutions (SOC, SIEM, VAPT, GRC, Threat Intelligence, Compliance frameworks, Cloud Security, etc.).
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Established network of senior-level contacts in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, and other sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical security concepts into business value propositions.
  • Experience in working with channel partners, OEMs, and technology alliances is a plus.
  • MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing/IT (preferred).
