A senior large language model developer is sought after to contribute to the development and optimization of LLM-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML and data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM-based models using OpenAI and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Assist in prompt engineering, context design, and model optimization tasks.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and analyze structured/unstructured data for model training and evaluation.
  • Support the integration of LLMs into applications and workflows via APIs or custom-built pipelines.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering for ML model support.
  • Work on NLP tasks such as text classification, summarization, question answering, and named entity recognition (NER).
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or NLP projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Proficient in working with large datasets using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrating ML models into applications.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, or FastAPI is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML deployments.
  • Understanding of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts.
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
