Job Title: AI Model Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to lead our team in Gurugram.

About the Role:
  • Leverage large language models, transformers, and deep learning architectures to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions.
  • Develop customized NLP pipelines for tasks such as text classification, summarization, entity recognition, semantic search, and conversational AI.
  • Drive innovation in generative AI use cases like prompt engineering, text generation, RAG, multimodal AI, and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Mentor teams and provide technical leadership on best practices, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate and integrate new AI tools, APIs, and models into production-grade systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions leveraging large language models and transformers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into intelligent solutions.
  • Publish technical papers, contribute to open-source projects, and represent us in AI forums and communities.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in AI and ML, particularly in NLP and Generative AI.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, large language models, and transformers.
  • Familiarity with NLP pipelines, text classification, summarization, entity recognition, and semantic search.
  • Experience with model explainability, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
