Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Transaction Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deal structuring, regulatory compliance, and operational integration.

The Head of Transaction Advisory will be responsible for leading the department responsible for PMO services, IPO Advisory, process integration, contracts and legal compliance, due diligence and transaction structuring ensuring that transactions deliver their intended strategic and financial value.

The role demands strong expertise in deal execution and post-closing phase — ensuring seamless transitions, synergy realization, and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the drafting of transaction documents, completion of due diligence, and transaction negotiations.
  • Execute processes after deal closure, including capital structuring, funding drawdowns, and compliance.
  • Oversee integration of acquired businesses (financial systems, reporting, governance, risk management).
  • Ensure synergy tracking and realization through structured MIS dashboards and KPI frameworks.
  • Manage separation and carve-out activities where required (shared services, asset transfers, employee migration).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

12+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.

A Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA (Finance) / LLP qualification.

A proven track record of leading complex cross-border transactions and post-deal execution programs.
