Key Member Job

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing large language models (LLMs) that can learn, understand, and generate human-like text. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing LLM models, evaluating their performance, and deploying them to production.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process data for training and evaluating LLMs, including cleaning and preparing text data or creating synthetic data.
  • Design and implement LLM models, choosing the right architecture, training the model, and tuning hyperparameters.
  • Evaluate the performance of LLM models, measuring accuracy on a held-out dataset or assessing generated text quality.
  • Deploy LLM models to production, packaging the model, creating a REST API, and deploying to a cloud computing platform.
Additional Requirements:
  • Proficient knowledge in Responsible AI and Data Privacy principles to ensure ethical data handling, transparency, and accountability.
  • Commitment to upholding privacy standards, mitigating bias, and fostering trust within data-driven initiatives.
  • Experience working with machine learning toolkits like Python, NumPy, MatLab, and experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  • Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase business profitability.
  • Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
Technical Requirements:
  • Primary skills: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Python.
