Senior AI Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with expertise in building and deploying large language models.

  • About the Job:
  • This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of AI and ML concepts, as well as hands-on experience with LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, and agentic reasoning workflows.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing LLM pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement LLM pipelines for large-scale applications.
  • Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies and agent reasoning workflows.
  • Build and maintain evaluation frameworks for measuring model performance.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and product teams to translate business needs into technical implementations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering, with a strong focus on building and deploying AI/GenAI applications.
  • Proficiency in Python (ML libraries, GenAI/LLM frameworks) and Java (enterprise application development, OOP).
  • Practical experience developing with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and vendor SDKs/APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Strong skills in prompt engineering and designing agentic reasoning pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of ML evaluation techniques and experience in implementing model monitoring & metrics.
