AI Engineer for Enterprise AI Solutions

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge AI solutions that meet the needs of large-scale enterprises. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative products and services that leverage the power of AI.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in AI/ML with at least 3–4 years in Generative AI.

Location:

Bangalore, Mumbai.

Notice Period:

5 Days.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in large language models (LLMs) and enterprise AI integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing AI-driven solutions that meet high performance, scalability, and business requirements.

Qualifications & Skills Required

1. Generative AI Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar models.
  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering techniques (role-based prompting, context-aware prompting, instruction tuning, and optimization).

2. Model Tuning & RAG

  • Experience in building data ingestion pipelines to enrich LLM responses using enterprise datasets.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and embedding models for semantic search.

3. Programming & Integration

  • Proficiency in Python with AI/ML libraries (Transformers, LangChain, MCP, OpenAI SDK).
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and integrating AI services into enterprise applications.

4. Analytical & Optimization Skills

  • Ability to evaluate AI model outputs using relevance, accuracy, safety, and performance metrics.
  • Skilled in iterative improvement cycles for response quality optimization.

5. AI Agent Development

  • Knowledge of agentic AI systems: tool usage, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration.
