Delivery Process Driver

Key Responsibilities:- Drive the delivery process from delivery station to customer address
- Engage closely with the delivery team to develop and maintain a highly motivated and performance-driven team
- Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance through process and training improvements
- Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure situations
- Good communication skills to communicate and explain what needs to be achieved
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising
- Experience in courier industry
