Job Title: Delivery Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Process Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of delivery processes from delivery stations to customer addresses.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, building, and executing the delivery process, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This includes managing bandwidth in territorial delivery teams to ensure peak time delivery management.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Define and execute the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.
  2. Ensure adequate bandwidth in territorial delivery teams for peak time delivery management.
  3. Closely engage with the delivery team, including associates, to develop and maintain a highly motivated and performance-driven team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure situations.
  • Good communication skills, including listening skills and the ability to communicate and explain what needs to be achieved.
  • Strong bias for great customer service, engaging the team in developing their understanding of Customer Experience and knowledge of what Customers actually need and expect.
