Job Description">

As a seasoned HR professional, you will lead and manage all Human Resource functions to drive organizational growth through effective policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management systems.

The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in the Gulf region, with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Recruitment Processes: Develop and execute workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee Payroll Administration: Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll administration and attendance management.
  • Develop HR Policies: Create and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
  • Manage Performance Appraisal Systems: Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through effective performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with all UAE statutory requirements.
  • Act as Strategic Partner: Provide insights on organizational design and employee engagement to drive business success.
  • Handle Employee Relations: Resolve grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Drive HR Initiatives: Develop and implement training, learning & development, and succession planning initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's Degree: In Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience: As a seasoned HR professional with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior HR Experience in the Gulf Region: Strongly desired, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws: Essential for developing HR policies and ensuring compliance.
  • Expertise in Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Operations: Required for effective HR function delivery.
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building strong relationships and driving business results.
