Job Title: Innovative Visual Strategist

A high-caliber UI and Graphic Designer is required to develop impactful visual content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics and a proven track record in creating compelling website designs and high-performing social media ads.

  1. Create and manage visual assets such as ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and drive customer engagement across social media and eCommerce platforms.
  2. Own the design and user experience of the eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's aesthetic and meets marketing objectives.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies, while conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and optimize design decisions.
  4. Lead projects end-to-end, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed, while contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions.
  5. Continuously improve skills and workflows by staying updated on emerging design tools, technologies, and best practices, and delivering high-quality collateral quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with strong proficiency in English to translate copy into design.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and CTR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.
