- Streamline design operations and uphold creative excellence across distributed teams.
- Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale in the development of collaterals.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or fine art.
- 6-9 years of creative experience within an agency or startup environment.
- Proven experience leading creative projects and managing high-performing design teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and ChatGPT.
- Expertise in online design and video tools like Canva or Figma and Invideo.
- Proficiency in English.
