Job Title: Marketing General Manager

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the development of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market planning and in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and optimize current efforts.
- Drive sales initiatives in collaboration with the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage, mentor, and grow the marketing team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and regulatory to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and manage budgets for marketing projects and campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on marketing and/or sales.
  • Proven expertise in market planning, market research, and marketing management.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
